"How Long Will It Take for My Order To Arrive?"
GENERAL INFORMATION
As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.
Orders delivered within New Zealand are shipped by next business day courier, AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery. If no one is available to sign for delivery at the time the courier calls, the courier will not be able to leave your package. If you require assistance with the delivery of orders already dispatched, contact CourierPost on 0800 COURIER - you will need to provide the tracking number for your package, which is provided in the dispatch notification email.
We are able to deliver orders to New Zealand Post Boxes.
All international orders are shipped by Air Post. Most deliveries take 2-4 weeks, but allow up to six weeks for delivery. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
All orders in NZ are delivered by CourierPost. You can track the progress of your package at the CourierPost website. To do this:
Use the link provided in the order dispatch notification, emailed to you when your order was dispatched, or:
Sign in if you are not already. Click on the "TRACK AN ORDER" link at the top of this web page. Click on the appropriate order to view the order detail. Click the link in the tracking number field to view the status of your package.
Allow until 7.00pm on the day of dispatch for the tracking data to be available at the CourierPost website. Before that time, your tracking number may not be recognized by the CourierPost website.
If the status of your package indicates that the courier unsuccessfully attempted delivery, contact CourierPost on 0800 COURIERPOST - you will need to provide the tracking number for your package.
Tracking is not available for International orders, which are shipped via Air Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING RATES
We are happy to accept international orders. All international orders are shipped by Air Post. You can view our international shipping rates here.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email. Track and trace information is not available with Air Post packages. International shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES OR INCORRECT SUPPLY
The Paperplus Books website will rectify any products prior to delivery, or errors in supply. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging. Returns can be addressed and posted to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. The invoice and packing slip also provide an area where you can indicate why you are returning any goods. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your name, address, order #, contact phone number, and reason for return.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will repair or replace damaged goods when possible; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s). Postage costs will be reimbursed for the return of any damaged goods.

"How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?"
The Paperplus Books website does not hold any stock on hand - all ordered items are provided by suppliers on demand. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. To estimate arrival to you, allow an additional 1-2 business days for courier delivery within NZ, and 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery of international orders (on rare occassions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks).
Local NZ orders may be split and dispatched as items become available. International orders will be dispatched once all items are ready to ship.
From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfill your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
